WELLAND – Notre Dame senior boys basketball coach Mike Rao is asked for some early bounce about the upcoming Tip Off Tournament, at Notre Dame Friday and Saturday of this week.
He does so by writing a story, about the tournament’s history, its meaning over the years and its place in the hearts of coaching staff and players.
