Snowfall warning in effect for:

  • Niagara Falls – Welland – Southern Niagara Region
  • St. Catharines – Grimsby – Northern Niagara Region

Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.

The snow is expected to begin this afternoon or early evening and will be heavy at times tonight before tapering off Monday morning. Gusty winds may also produce some local blowing snow.

Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
