STUDENTS IN NEED SPONSORSHIP
WELLAND – The Niagara Foundation for Catholic Education has a mandate with emphasis on providing financial assistance to students whose families may have some difficulty from time to time in providing essentials for school life that do not qualify for government funding. There are many examples that fall under this category. They include food for wholesome nourishment, the need for proper clothing and footwear, personal care items and specialized equipment for students with special needs.
To minimize and hopefully eliminate these concerns, the Niagara Foundation for Catholic Education is making a special appeal to a generous Niagara community for “STUDENTS IN NEED SPONSORSHIP” so that students requiring financial support to obtain some school life necessities can pursue their education, optimistic and worry free. The generosity of a kind and caring Niagara community will assist in giving students with needs a confidence that will help to preserve their dignity and self-esteem and to enjoy their time in school as they strive for a rewarding education.
It should be emphasized that no donation amount is too small, and any contribution will be most welcome. The Niagara Foundation for Catholic Education is a registered charity (registration number 89218 8566 RR 0001) and receipts will be issued for income tax purposes.
