WELLAND – On the evening of Saturday February 18, 2017 at about 10:00 pm three unknown males entered a residence in the area of First Avenue and Woodlawn Road in the City of Welland while the residents were home.
These unknown males were armed with a firearm and a knife and stole a quantity of cash and other personal possessions from one of the residents. The firearm was only displayed and one resident sustained a minor injury during the incident.
It is believed that this particular residence was targeted by the suspects and it was not a random incident.
The suspects are described as three black males, dressed all in black and wearing masks.
The suspects fled the area on foot and are believed to have run south from the residence down Woodlawn Road.
